According to a nutritionist named Nikki Hart, the human body is similar to a water bag that has a leak, so the body will periodically lack fluids.

Many people are lazy about drinking water, and prefer to drink drinks that taste like coffee or drinks containing sugar. But many people are obsessed with drinking water, even drinking 3 liters per day.

However, according to the latest study from Japan, most people only need 1.5 – 1.8 liters of drinking water per day. And this recommendation does not apply to everyone, some people with special conditions are actually advised to reduce their water consumption.

“In my opinion, the recommendation to drink water every day does not need to follow the recommended figures. I am a little worried about people’s obsession with drinking water,” continued Nikki.

Through this latest research, researchers found that fluid intake for the body does not only come from drinking water alone. But it could be from the food people eat.

“Not dry foods like biscuits, yes. But foods like fruit, vegetables, including tea and coffee,” said Nikki.

“People only need to look at the color of their urine. If most people don’t pay attention to the color of their urine, they should pay attention now. A good urine color is pale yellow, and there is more of it when you urinate regularly throughout the day,” continued Nikki. .

So the recommendation to drink water must again be adjusted to each individual’s body condition and health. Because the source of fluid for the body does not only come from water.
