Rina said that she is still interested in observing politics in Indonesia. He then quipped that Indonesia’s political conditions were like a play.

“Just interested in observing (politics), following the stories. So it’s like watching a soap opera,” quipped Rina Nose as quoted, Tuesday (12/3).

When asked about her participation in the Methosa band, Rina said that she was actually asked to sing songs that had been previously composed.

“I just joined them to sing the song. But I joined because of the lyrics of their song,” he continued.

“That’s why there is the song Nasi Goreng, well it talks about hunger issues. So a pot of fried rice is more beautiful than poetry. And the poetry in question is the promises of the ruler,”

“Instead of listening to that (the ruler’s promises) it’s better to just eat fried rice. That’s why we gave it the title Nasi Goreng,” explained Rina.

Rina emphasized that she joined the band because she was interested in the thoughts of its members. According to Rina, one of the songwriters who is also the lead vocal of the band Methosa, Mansen Munthe, has thoughts and writing that interest her.

For your information, the Methosa band consists of Mansen Munthe (Lead Vocals), Rina Nose (Vocals), Kelana Halim (Bass), Agung (Synthesizer), and Dami (Guitar). This band has been around for three years.
