KOMPAS.com – Towards the end of the year, you can make cookies to fill jars when you gather with your family at home.
Anchor, a brand of butter made with milk from New Zealand, shares its Mixing Miracles campaign through various cake recipes, including cookies.

Cookies made using butter and whipped cream from Anchor. Once cooked, you can immediately decorate the cookies using frosting from refined sugar.

Material:
- 230 gr Anchor Unsalted Butter
- 160 gr granulated sugar
- 190 gr palm sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 220 gr flour
- Chocolate chips suit one’s taste
Material frosting:
- 220 ml Anchor whipped cream
- 80 gr powdered sugar
How to make cookies Anchor style
1. Melt Anchor Unsalted Butter in a frying pan over low heat until liquid. After that, pour the melted butter into a glass bowl.
2. Add granulated sugar and palm sugar to the bowl containing the melted butter. Stir well until the texture of the dough is smooth and well mixed.
3. Add the eggs to the sugar and butter mixture, then stir until combined
flat.
4. Add vanilla extract, chocolate chipssalt, and baking soda into the mixture, then stir again until all the ingredients are completely mixed.
5. Add the flour little by little to the mixture, then stir until the mixture is even and thick.
6. Use scoop to take the dough and form small balls. Arrange the dough on a baking sheet that has been lined with baking paper.
7. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake at 175 degrees Celsius for 10-12 minutes or until the cookies are golden on the edges.
8. Remove the cookies from the oven, let them cool briefly, and serve. Enjoy cookies with a crunchy texture on the outside and soft on the inside.
9. Put the whipped cream into a large bowl, then beat with a mixer at medium speed until the texture is soft and light creamy.
10. Gradually, add powdered sugar to the mixture while continuing to beat using a mixer until the sugar is mixed evenly and frosting become smooth as well creamy.
11. After mixing well, frosting ready to be used to decorate cakes or cookies.
