Red Bean Ice Recipe, Quenches Thirst during the Day

How to make red bean ice is basically quite easy, the main ingredients needed are red beans and brown sugar.

To make it more delicious, you should add shaved ice to the red beans just before eating.

Red bean ice ingredients:

  • 250 grams of dried red beans
  • 5 centimeters cinnamon
  • 250 grams brown sugar (comb)
  • 600 milliliters of clean water
  • 10 tablespoons chocolate sweetened condensed milk
  • Ice to taste

How to make red bean ice:

1. Soak the red beans until they expand, then wash and drain. After that, boil the nuts in water with cinnamon until soft, then remove from heat and set aside.

2. In a separate pan, boil water and brown sugar until the sugar dissolves and boils, then add the red beans. Cook until the beans are soft and the brown sugar cooking water has reduced.

3. Serve the red beans in a bowl, add enough ice, then add sweetened condensed chocolate milk to taste.
