Jack Van Nordheim (101) is also known to not like fast food. He prefers home-cooked food, such as boiled chicken.
It is known that consuming home-cooked food means people eat less processed food. These processed foods have been linked to many health problems, such as depression, type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease.
