Surabaya (ANTARA) – Seafood restaurant Kurnia Seafood Surabaya is presenting three new menu choices at the end of the year.
“There are Salt Bath Crab, Lime Steam and Basil Sauce,” said Kurnia Seafood Corporate GM Sebastian Bagus Rawikara in a written statement in Surabaya, Friday.
The first seafood menu is whole, fat crab sprinkled with salt which is of course very delicious to enjoy with the family.
Bagus expressed the sensation of the savory salty taste combined with tender crab meat to create the best taste of the dish for seafood lovers.
Meanwhile, Steam Lime Kurnia Seafood is applied to steamed fish and steamed lobster with the main ingredient being lime. Bagus guarantees that the steamed seafood will taste fresher.
“Steam Limau complements previous steamed processed variants, such as Steam Hongkong, Steam Kurnia, Steam Tamarin and Steam Garlic,” he said.
One more thing, Basil Sauce is a new arrival, complementing the existing line of delicious sauces. Starting from Thai Sauce, Padang Sauce, Kurnia Sauce, Black Pepper Sauce, Sweet and Sour Sauce, Butter Sauce, Garlic Caramel Sauce, Woku Sauce, Salted Egg Sauce and Onion Chili Sauce.
Bagus explains that Basil Sauce can be applied to crab, shrimp, shellfish and fish.
“Lime sauce and basil sauce have their own characteristics. However, they both give each dish its own taste sensation,” he said.
