Butterfly Flower Tea Recipe, Can Change from Blue to Purple

KOMPAS.com – One of the easiest ways to process butterfly pea flowers is to make them into a drink. Usually this drink is known as butterfly pea flower tea.

You can use fresh butterfly pea flowers or dried butterfly pea flowers. There is also dried butterfly pea flower tea that is sold on the market.

To make it more interesting, add lime or lemon juice. Apart from providing a refreshing sour taste, lime or lemon juice also reduces the acidity level of the tea so that the color changes from blue to purple.

If you want to drink cold butterfly pea flower tea, let the drink sit until it cools, then add ice cubes.
