Peking Duck Recipe for Crispy Skin and Soaked in Spices

Material:

  • 1 Peking duck
  • 6 red onions
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 2 segments of ginger
  • 2 spring onions
  • ½ ounce sensitive
  • ½ ounce goblong
  • 1 ounce of sugar and 10 spring roll skins
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 red chilies
  • Salt to taste
  • Enough vaccine
  • Ptum sauce
  • Hong Kong sauce

How to Make Peking Duck

  1. Mix the duck with special seasonings and spices such as onions, ginger, sensitive and salt until it is completely absorbed.
  2. Put all the additional ingredients such as spring onions, red chilies and cucumber into the duck’s stomach, then sew it tightly.
  3. Boil the duck in water mixed with Hong Kong sauce and Ptum sauce until half cooked. Lift and drain.
  4. Grill the duck over medium heat until the skin is golden brown and the texture is crispy.
  5. Serve the Peking Duck while hot with spring roll skins and complementary sauce.
