6 Hollywood Celebrity Diet Patterns That Successfully Make You Slimmer

Hollywood celebrities always maintain their health and appearance by dieting. There are at least 6 diet patterns that make the body of this Hollywood celebrity slim. Here’s the list.

It’s no longer a secret that Hollywood celebrities are often ‘demanded’ to look perfect. They have to keep their weight ideal or even below the normal limit so they don’t look fat on camera.

Various methods are used, from regular physical exercise to maintaining diet. Hollywood celebrities follow strict diets with various patterns to choose from.

There are those who are comfortable with an intermittent fasting diet, choose the 80:20 diet, or even follow the OMAD diet. Each diet pattern has different eating rules.

What are the diet patterns of Hollywood celebrities like? How do nutrition experts rate the diet? The following is the information as summarized from US Weekly (20/10/2024):

1. Intermittent fasting

Many Hollywood celebrities follow an intermittent fasting diet, such as Justin Theroux, Brooke Burke, and Reese Witherspoon. This diet requires the perpetrator to eat within a predetermined time window. For example, 16:8 where you can fast for 16 hours and eat as much as you like for 8 hours. However, during times when you are free to eat, it is recommended that you continue to eat healthy, in order to achieve your ideal body weight goal.

The intermittent fasting diet is considered effective because it reduces insulin levels, which ultimately facilitates the process of burning fat and losing weight. Holistic nutrition counselor, Laura Beam, said it is important to eat healthy when eating. “The food you consume should be as nutritious and nutrient-dense as possible,” he said.

Apart from the 16:8 pattern, there is also a 5:2 intermittent fasting pattern where a person consumes healthy food in standard portions for 5 days and reduces calorie intake for 2 days. During two days of fasting, men can usually only consume 600 calories, while women only consume 500 calories.

2. Plant-based diet

Diets by consuming plant-based foods are also followed by Hollywood celebrities. Just mention Ariana Grande, Benedict Cumberbatch, Zac Efron, and Beyonce.

This diet recommends consuming only plant foods, such as fruit, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and whole grains. Non-vegetable foods, such as meat and dairy products, can usually still be consumed, but in small quantities.

Beam says this diet is a good choice. “Make sure you get enough healthy fats and protein from foods like avocado, olive oil, nuts and seeds,” he says.

3. 80/20

There are other diet patterns followed by Hollywood celebrities, such as Miranda Kerr, Olivia Munn, Kristin Cavallari, and Kelly Rowland. It’s called the 80/20 diet. Simply put, this diet requires the practitioner to only eat until he is 80% full at every meal.

“I really eat healthy, clean food, no processed food. But when I go out, I really just do it,” said Cavallari. According to him, this eating pattern provides balance where a person can still enjoy his favorite ‘unhealthy’ foods.

Regarding the 80/20 diet, Beam said this is a practical way to maintain a diet without too rigid rules. “However, I would avoid overeating. You don’t want to overeat by that 20 percent,” he advises.
