Jakarta

Everyone definitely wants to have a healthy body. With a healthy body, a person can carry out daily activities effectively. There are several ways you can maintain your health, one of which is by adjusting your diet and intake.

In a day, people generally eat three times, namely breakfast, lunch and dinner. To maintain a healthy eating pattern, it is recommended to eat healthy snacks at lunch and afternoon. Eating regularly can make your body healthy and ideal. However, a messy diet can disrupt the body’s biological clock, and can increase the risk of diseases such as heart disease and diabetes.

According to the Indonesian Ministry of Health (Kemenkes) P2PTM, there are five habits for adopting a healthy and good diet. First, drink at least 8 glasses of water per day, or 2 liters per day. Second, maximize consumption of fruit and vegetables every day. Third, choose food sources that are fresh and processed by boiling or steaming. The four are limiting the consumption of soy sauce, sauces, flavorings, sweeteners, preservatives and synthetic flavors. Finally, get into the habit of reading labels before choosing packaged or ready-to-eat foods.
