KOMPAS.com – Strawberry cheese cake is a dessert made from cream cheese and strawberry jam.
Strawberry cheese cake is made with liquid milk, sugar, egg yolks, corn flour, cream cheese, whipping cream, egg whites, strawberry jam, wheat flour and lemon juice.
Strawberry cheese cake is baked in the oven for two hours at 150 degrees Celsius.

- 150 ml liquid milk
- 20 grams of granulated sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 20 grams of corn flour
- 250 grams cream cheese
- 1 tsp grated lemon zest
- 150 grams whipping cream shake
- 3 tbsp wheat flour
- 3 egg whites
- 60 grams of granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 150 grams of strawberry jam

1. Boil 100 ml of milk with granulated sugar. Mix the remaining liquid milk, egg yolk, and corn flour, stir well.
Pour in the milk mixture, stir well, then continue to cook until thick, remove from heat and let cool, set aside.
2. Shake cream cheese until soft, add the cooled milk mixture, stir until smooth.
3. Add grated lemon zest and whipping cream, beat again until smooth. Add flour, stir well.
4. Beat egg whites and sugar until stiff, add lemon juice. Add the dough cream cheese, stir well.
5. Take 1/3 of the dough cheesecake, add 75 grams of strawberry jam, stir until smooth.
6. Pour the white mixture into the pan, then add the jam mixture, stir with a skewer or chopsticks until it forms a marble pattern.
7. Bake at 150 degrees Celsius for two hours or until cooked and brown on the surface.
8. Remove, let cool, remove from the tin, add strawberry jam on top, serve.
