4 Ways to Prepare Fresh Lychees, Can Be Made into Salsa Sauce


KOMPAS.com – Lychee is a fruit that has a sweet and fresh taste, suitable to be added to drinks or desserts.

Lychees can also be used as an addition to spicy dishes and even for salsa sauce, they go well with ingredients such as honey, ginger and cinnamon.

1. Add to fruit salad

You can make fruit salad with lychee pieces after peeling them. It tastes sweet and fresh especially when served cold.

2. Chop the lychees for the salsa sauce

The flesh of lychees is also suitable as a salsa sauce, its sweet taste adds a spicy and sour taste.

Try making a simple salsa sauce with avocado, lychee, onions and additional chili sauce.

3. Cook lychees in a spicy dish

Lychee fruit can also be used as a mixture in spicy dishes at home. Put the lychee flesh in a stir-fry or grill.
