You can make milk cheese bolen made from puff pastry crust, margarine or butter, powdered sugar, powdered milk, cheese essence, medium protein flour, cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese.

Material:
- Skin puff pastry ready to use, cut a rectangle measuring 30 cm x 10 cm (for small molen) or measuring 30 cm x 15 cm (for large molen)
For content A:
- 300 grams margarine/butter
- 200 grams of powdered sugar
- 100 grams of powdered milk
- 1 tsp cheese essence
For content B:
- 300 grams of medium protein flour, toasted briefly
- 150 grams cheddar cheese, grated

For spread A (mix well):
- 2 egg yolks

- 1 tsp cooking oil
- 1/2 tsp egg yolk coloring
For spread B (mix well)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 50 ml water or plain liquid milk
