2. Sweet potatoes

Orange sweet potatoes contain complex carbohydrates which are very good for the body. Complex carbohydrates take a long time to digest so the body gets a slow and steady release of energy.

Pair it with a boiled egg or omelet to stay full and comfortable while doing activities without getting hungry quickly.

3. Banana
