KOMPAS.com – Mozzarella cheese is a type of cheese that is often used as a favorite family snack.
Instead of buying it, why not make it yourself at home, using ingredients such as UHT milk, plain gelatin powder, cornstarch, sweetened condensed milk and salt.
It’s easy to make mozzarella cheese, it can be used as fried mozzarella or as a filling for risoles.

- 500 ml UHT milk
- 50 grams of plain gelatin powder
- 4 tbsp cornstarch
- 75 ml sweetened condensed
- 1/2 tsp salt

How to make mozzarella cheese:
1. First, put all the ingredients in one pan.
2. Stir all ingredients until boiling.
3. When it has boiled, let the mixture sit for 30 minutes.
4. After that, strain the mixture with a cloth three times so that the milk dregs are removed and the mixture becomes easy to compact.
5. Pour the mixture into a bowl and let it sit until it hardens.
