KOMPAS.com – Corn omelette is a side dish made from corn, you can use sweet corn to make it tastier.
Corn omelette is cooked with shallots, red chilies, celery, spring onions, sugar, salt and seasoning.
Corn omelette is suitable as a companion to eating tamarind vegetables, even more complete, you can add shrimp paste chili sauce.

- 1 cup baby corn
- 1 chicken egg

- 3 tablespoons wheat flour
- Sufficient cooking oil

- 3 red onions
