Corn Omelet Recipe, Serve with Tamarind Vegetables


KOMPAS.com – Corn omelette is a side dish made from corn, you can use sweet corn to make it tastier.

Corn omelette is cooked with shallots, red chilies, celery, spring onions, sugar, salt and seasoning.

Corn omelette is suitable as a companion to eating tamarind vegetables, even more complete, you can add shrimp paste chili sauce.

Material:

  • 1 cup baby corn
  • 1 chicken egg
  • 1 tablespoon chopped celery leaves
  • 1 tablespoon chopped spring onions
  • 3 tablespoons wheat flour
  • Sufficient cooking oil

Spice:

  • 3 red onions
  • 1 red chili, sugar, salt and vitamins.

1. Corn is combed and smoothed. Remove the seeds from the red chilies, then grind them with the other spices.

2. Next, the ingredients and spices are mixed with beaten chicken eggs, plus chopped celery leaves and spring onions, add salt and vitsin to taste.

(You can also add chopped shrimp).

3. After stirring well, fry in oil. The size of the circle is according to taste. If it is too soft, you can add more wheat flour.
