SURABAYA – Bakso Malang Mamayowes inaugurated its fifth branch in Maspion Square, Surabaya. This inauguration event was attended by Alim Markus, owner of the Maspion Group, and Hendy Setiono, a successful culinary entrepreneur from Surabaya.

In his speech, Alim Markus expressed his appreciation for the growth of this business. “For the people, these meatballs are of course very popular and are a promising business,” he said, Monday (9/12/2024). Don’t forget, Alim Markus conveyed his flagship slogan, “Love Indonesian Products.”

Hendy Setiono, who was present as the guest of honor, also expressed his optimism regarding the potential of this brand. “Hopefully the taste of Malang Mamayowes Bakso will be popular with the public. “Hopefully the blessings of this business can soon bring this brand to its 10th, 50th and so on branches,” he said, encouraging the Bakso Malang Mamayowes team.

Since its inception, Bakso Malang Mamayowes has been committed to presenting the authentic taste of typical Malang meatballs with quality ingredients. Carrying a buffet concept, customers can choose from 21 unique menus, such as Wagyu tetelan meatballs, nori fritters and gohyong. With a combination of home-cooked recipes and high quality standards, the brand offers an authentic culinary experience that is delicious and affordable.

Previously, Bakso Malang Mamayowes already had branches in Sidoarjo, Tuban, Depok, and Jalan Mayor Mustajab Surabaya. The grand opening at Maspion Square is a strategic step in the expansion of this brand.

In fact, the sixth branch has been inaugurated in Taman Dayu, Pandaan, Pasuruan, and follows the opening of the seventh branch in the city of Solo this December. “With our distinctive taste and commitment to quality, we are ready to become a new culinary icon that pampers the tastes of the Indonesian people,” said the owner of Bakso Malang Mamayowes, Suryana.
