Jessica, who is now 26 years old and has become a doctor, said that her busy life was making her bad habits worse. He really doesn’t have time to eat healthy food and only gets his intake through fast food.
Not only does it have an impact on her body’s health, Jessica also feels sad because of her obesity. “I started to feel very sad about my weight. Always eating unhealthy food and not exercising really affected my feelings. As a result, I didn’t have any self-confidence anymore,” said Jessica.
Jessica is always tired of doing very simple things. Until finally he felt that his XXL clothes were too narrow and no longer comfortable to wear.

Jessica still feels that she has a big task because she wants to achieve an ideal body weight of 63 kilograms. But Jessica is very grateful for the trip because it was able to have a big impact on her.
Jessica, who used to be embarrassed to leave the house, is now more confident in socializing and doesn’t get tired easily when carrying out her profession as a doctor. Apart from that, the clothing size has also decreased by 6 sizes from 18 (or equivalent to XXL) to 12 (or equivalent to L).
