KOMPAS.com – If you are bored with the same old oatmeal dishes, you can make roasted oatmeal with shrimp.
Oatmeal crispy shrimp is made with starch, garlic, butter, coriander leaves, red cayenne pepper, medium sized pancet shrimp, and quick-cooking oats.
Roast the ready-to-cook oatmeal until crispy, mix the fried shrimp and coriander leaves until evenly mixed then serve.

Material:
- 12 medium size prawns
- 50 grams of starch
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Oil for frying
- 50 grams of butter
- 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 4 red bird’s eye chilies, finely chopped
- 1 tsp granulated sugar

- 1-2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
