Crispy Shrimp Recipe, Serve with Oatmeal


KOMPAS.com – If you are bored with the same old oatmeal dishes, you can make roasted oatmeal with shrimp.

Oatmeal crispy shrimp is made with starch, garlic, butter, coriander leaves, red cayenne pepper, medium sized pancet shrimp, and quick-cooking oats.

Roast the ready-to-cook oatmeal until crispy, mix the fried shrimp and coriander leaves until evenly mixed then serve.

Material:

  • 12 medium size prawns
  • 50 grams of starch
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Oil for frying
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 4 red bird’s eye chilies, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp granulated sugar
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1-2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • 100 grams of quick-cooking oats, roast until crispy

1. Remove the prawn legs and tentacles, leaving the prawns intact. Wash clean.

2. Mix sago flour and salt. Roll the prawns one by one in the sago flour mixture until evenly coated.

Fry in hot oil until the shrimp are red. Lift and drain.

3. Heat the butter until melted, add the garlic, cayenne pepper, sugar and salt. Stir until the spices are fragrant.

4. Add fried shrimp, coriander leaves and roasted oats. Stir quickly until the shrimp are coated in the oats. Lift.

5. Serve the shrimp with oat crumbs and spices.
