These mozzarella croquettes are made with potatoes, pepper, milk powder, salt, sugar, eggs, water and breadcrumbs.
Mozzarella croquettes are suitable to be served with chili sauce or cayenne pepper, this can be used as a selling idea.

Material:
- 1 kg potatoes
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
- 3 tablespoons powdered milk
- Salt and sugar to taste
- Mozzarella cheese to taste, cut into pieces
Lining material:
- 2 eggs, beaten well
- 30 ml water
- Enough bread flour

1. Steam the potatoes, fry briefly to reduce the water content, mash them while warm.
