Recipe for Crispy Chicken with Cheese Sauce, Side Dish for Office Supplies

This combination of crispy, flour-coated fried chicken with savory and creamy cheese sauce is delicious eaten with warm rice.

Ingredients for crispy chicken with cheese sauce:

  • 1 chicken breast (thinly sliced)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Sufficient cooking oil
  • 2 chicken eggs (beaten well)

Lining material:

  • 150 grams of wheat flour
  • 20 grams of cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper

Cheese sauce ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 1 tablespoon wheat flour
  • 300 milliliters of liquid milk
  • 50 grams of grated cheddar cheese
  • Salt to taste

1. Rub the chicken breast with salt and ground pepper, then let it rest for about 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

2. Roll the chicken breast into the coating material while pressing, continue dipping the chicken breast in the egg mixture, then coat it again with the coating agent until all sides are completely covered.

3. Fry the chicken in hot oil using medium heat until golden brown, then remove and drain.

4. Heat the margarine in a Teflon then stir it with the flour until evenly mixed. After that, pour in the liquid milk little by little while stirring until evenly mixed.

5. Add grated cheese and salt, then stir again until there are no lumps. Coat the crispy chicken evenly with cheese sauce before serving.
