Ingredients for stir fried green chili:
- 300 grams of boiled gravel
- 1 tempeh board (cut lengthwise)
- 8 red onions (sliced)
- 4 cloves garlic (sliced)
- 10 large green chilies (sliced obliquely)
- 2 centimeters galangal (bruised)
- 2 bay leaves
- 2-3 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
- Salt to taste
- 150 milliliters of water
- 2 tablespoons oil (for frying)
