The Gerindra Party’s DPP Legal Advocacy Institute has accused many allegations of fraud in the 2024 Jakarta Regional Election process. So, Gerindra, which supports Ridwan Kamil-Suswono, is currently preparing a lawsuit to the Constitutional Court (MK).
General Secretary of the Gerindra Party DPP Legal Advocacy Institute, Munatshir Mustaman, revealed that there were reports from volunteer groups who claimed they had not received a C6 letter or invitation to vote. He revealed that the findings of this fraud had been reported to the Election Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu).
“There are more than 80 reports that have been made. Either by volunteers, the wider community, or the success team, they were reported to Bawaslu,” said Munatshir to journalists in the Menteng area, Central Jakarta, Saturday (7/12/2024), as reported Detik news.

However, he explained that based on the report that had been submitted, Bawaslu had not yet received a response. Munatshir also said that the regional elections held by the Jakarta KPU did not meet expectations.
“Well, from all these incidents that we have revealed, this proves that the implementation of the regional elections in Jakarta is far from the quality standards that we really hope for, it is different from several other regions,” explained Munatshir.
“So we firmly state that in the implementation of the regional elections at the Jakarta level, both the KPU and Bawaslu were unprofessional,” he continued.
Munatshir also emphasized that he would together with the Ridwan Kamil-Suswono winning team prepare an application file to the Constitutional Court for the submission of the General Election Results Dispute (PHPU).
“Currently, together with our colleagues, we are coordinating with the RIDO partner team and with other volunteers who plan to file a petition for dispute over election results, PHPU, at the Constitutional Court. That’s all we have to say,” he concluded.
