Chili Pete Recipe, Can Be Served with Clear Vegetables


KOMPAS.com – If you have a supply of petai you can make delicious chili sauce to eat with rice.

  • 5 curly chilies
  • 3 fresh chilies
  • 10 peeled petai
  • 1/2 tsp shrimp paste
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • Sufficient cooking oil

Also read:

1. Wash curly chilies and fresh chilies, chop coarsely.

2. Fry the petai until cooked.

3. Saute curly chilies, fresh chilies and shrimp paste.

4. Blend the sauteed ingredients with sugar and salt.

5. Add petai, coarsely crush, stir.

6. Chili petai is ready to be served.
