Benefits of consuming soursop fruit, it can kill cancer cells


KOMPAS.com – As a fruit consumed for food, soursop fruit is delicious eaten just like that with a sweet and sour taste, and can also be used as a dessert ingredient.

Soursop contains nutrients consisting of carbohydrates, vitamins C, B, thiamin, riboflavin, and niacin. Soursop also contains calcium, phosphorus and a little iron.

1. Kills cancer cells

According to research, soursop is able to kill 12 types of cancer cells including pancreatic, breast, prostate, lung and colon cancer cells.

The Annonaceous Acetogenins content in soursop only kills cancerous cells and does not affect healthy cells.

Soursop is also able to restrain the growth of cancer cells without causing side effects that are detrimental to the body.

2. Overcoming the side effects of chemotherapy

Soursop can improve the health of the digestive system from various digestive problems caused by chemotherapy, such as dyspepsia, difficulty digesting food.

Vitamin C contained in soursop can strengthen the immune system and reduce the risk of various infections.
