Surabaya (ANTARA) – Currently, the weather in the city of Surabaya is very hot. Not a few motorists and residents of the City of Heroes feel the weather is hotter than before.

“I have been trading since 2009,” said Imron, the ice fruit seller.

And since then the taste has remained the same and distinctive because it is served using palm sugar.

The contents of the fruit ice can also be said to be complete, there are dragon fruit, pears, pineapple, avocado, melon, watermelon, young coconut, jackfruit, strawberries and red grapes. Then, mix gelatin, milk and basil. Of course you can imagine, a very delicious and fresh dish.

The way to serve it is also quite simple. Just arrange the pieces of fruit in a bowl and some ingredients such as jelly, milk and basil. Don’t forget to add enough ice cubes.

Open every Monday to Saturday, from 10.00 WIB to 17.00 WIB and the price is IDR 8,000 per bowl.

This cart is often visited by students, local shophouse employees and office workers around the location.
