Espresso is a type of coffee drink that is commonly consumed. This type of drink is a favorite of many men because it tastes strong and contains high caffeine.
This high caffeine content is used by men to increase energy. Usually consumed every morning to be more enthusiastic about carrying out activities.
According to the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), the caffeine content is 100 grams espresso as much as 212 milligrams. This amount is higher than other types of coffee, including regular black coffee which only contains 96 milligrams of caffeine.

Reporting from Lux Haus (31/3/2022), because the caffeine content in espresso is higher, there is a maximum limit for consuming it every day. Don’t overdo it because it can have negative effects.
Some people can drink espresso all day without problems. Meanwhile, others can only drink 1-2 sips. This depends on how the body reacts to caffeine.
However, it’s a good idea to limit your intake. Drinking espresso is recommended no more than 2-3 cups a day. If that much doesn’t have a negative effect on the body, it means you have a high resistance to caffeine.

If you are intolerant to caffeine, you should only consume 1-2 cups. Keep in mind, high amounts of caffeine can cause anxiety, insomnia, and other health problems.

For those who can safely consume high amounts of caffeine, they can experience the benefits of espresso which is associated with a reduced risk of stroke. A study was conducted on 360 thousand people and found that those who drank more coffee had a 32% lower risk of stroke than those who didn’t.
These healthy benefits come from the antioxidant content of espresso. Apart from that, espresso is also a high source of flavonoids, providing benefits for heart health.
