Ingredients for squid shrimp tofu sapo:
- 200 grams of peeled shrimp (slit the back and clean)
- 250 grams clean squid (slit and strip the inside)
- 200 grams of fish flesh (thinly sliced and cut into pieces)
- 200 grams white mustard greens (siangi)
- 1 piece of Japanese tofu (sliced into 2 centimeter rounds)
- Cooking oil for frying
- 5 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
- 75 grams onion (chopped)
- 100 grams red and green peppers (remove seeds and cut into pieces)
- 3 centimeters young ginger (thinly sliced)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
- 600 milliliters of hot stock
- 2 spring onions (sliced 2 centimeters)
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch (dissolve in a little water)
- Salt to taste
- Sugar to taste
