As the name suggests, French fries come from potatoes that have been cut into pieces, then soaked first before finally being fried in hot oil.

The taste of fried potatoes is quite addictive. Because, usually fried potatoes are seasoned with salt, then dipped in chili sauce.
French fries also have a crunchy texture, but can become soft or hard over time.
If you have leftover French fries at home and want to eat them again, without having to feel the texture is soft or hard, here’s the method you can use.
How to reheat French fries
1. Heat it in a frying pan
Reheating French fries in a skillet is an easy method. Because, you don’t need to use a lot of oil.

Cook the potatoes for 15 minutes, turning them occasionally.
This method does make the fries crispy again, but a little oily. This is because you are frying potatoes twice which were previously fried.

2. Bake it in the oven
Baking French fries in the oven can be one way to reheat this snack. The duration is approximately 25 minutes, including pre-heat or preheat the oven before adding the potatoes.
Arrange the fries onto baking sheetscover the top with aluminum foil that has been slightly crumpled so that it heats evenly. Next, put the fried potatoes in the oven, bake at a temperature of around 218 Celsius.
This method does take longer, but the result is that the fries are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
