Entering Hall 5-6, ICE BSD, we were immediately greeted by a row of local coffee sellers. Almost every tenant also presents testers or their favorite coffee blends for visitors to taste at Jakarta Coffee Week 2024.

The first outlet we visited was Kopikina which offers unique coffee beans infused with bubble gum flavor. The aroma smells sweet like rubber with a clean aftertaste and a glimpse of fruity taste.

Apart from coffee, we also found various other businesses here. The Mastera outlet which sells tea directly from the farmers is tucked in between the coffee tenants which are busy with visitors.

The tea offered at this outlet is even very affordable, starting from IDR 5,000 – IDR 25,000 only. Here visitors can also taste brewed tea.

In the midst of the crowds, our tenants were also transfixed by the array of photos of influential figures in Indonesian coffee. Similar to the Wall of Fame, those who have contributed to Indonesian coffee are celebrated as Indonesian Coffee People.

There are business people who focus on coffee education in Indonesia and distribution of Indonesian coffee to Indonesian baristas who have just won the world championship. This section is an interesting opportunity to get to know inspiring figures.

Coming to Jakarta Coffee Week 2024, you won’t only be able to taste free coffee. You can increase your knowledge and insight while watching tournaments such as Tarung Tiga or the Indonesian In Good Spirits Championship.

Different from last year, Jakarta Coffee Week 2024 has a special mission to prepare Indonesia’s flagship baristas for World of Coffee Jakarta 2025. Visitors who have a mission to complete their collection of coffee equipment or complementary coffee ingredients will also be pampered here.

Tenants selling cups, roasting machines and coffee brewing equipment are easy to find on every corner. Likewise, various types of milk and syrup can be recommended for small and medium scale coffee business owners.

As a complement here, not only coffee, tea, chocolate or coffee equipment is available. There are also several viral food tenants that are usually difficult to get when coming to Jakarta Coffee Week 2024, so there are lots of queues of curious visitors.
