Material:
- 400 gr white rice
- 3 tbsp oil (for frying)
- 1 stalk lemongrass (crushed)
- 1 lime leaf
- 100 gr chicken breast meat (boiled, shredded)
- 50 gr bean sprouts (set aside the roots)
- 5 pieces of kailan
- 2 spring onions (cut into 2 cm pieces)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground pepper
- 1 tbsp sweet pepper
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp chicken flavored stock powder
Ground spice ingredients:
- 7 red onions
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 4 red chilies
- 2 candlenuts
- 1/4 tsp shrimp paste
- 1/2 red tomato
Supplementary materials:
- Fried onions to taste
- Cucumber to taste (sliced)
- Tomatoes to taste (sliced)
- Emping to taste
- Pour oil into a frying pan to heat, then fry the ground spices, lemongrass and lime leaves until aromatic. Add rice, cook and stir until smooth.
- Add bean sprouts, kailan and green onions. Cook and stir again until the vegetables are wilted.
- Season with salt, pepper, sweet soy sauce, light soy sauce and stock powder. Cook and stir until the spices are even, and the rice is dry. Remove, serve with complementary ingredients and shredded chicken.
