Ade Koerniawan, a TikTok creator who is known for his various practical recipes, is back with a delicious creation: chicken luncheon. This dish is suitable as a snack, side dish, or even lunch. Made with simple ingredients, the results are guaranteed to satisfy your taste buds.

To make a chicken luncheon, the following ingredients are needed:
– 400 grams of chicken thigh filet, as the main ingredient with a soft texture.
– 1 egg white, serves to help the dough come together more.
– 5 cloves of garlic and
– ½ onion, gives a distinctive aroma and taste.
– 800 ml ice water, keeps the dough fresh when processed.
– 200 grams of tapioca flour, makes the texture of the chicken luncheon chewy but soft.

Additional spices:
– 1 tbsp paprika powder
– ½ tbsp ground pepper
– 2 tbsp mushroom stock
– ½ tbsp granulated sugar
– ½ tsp salt
– 2 tbsp soy sauce
– ½ tsp sesame oil

How to make:
The first step, mix chicken thighs, garlic, onions, egg whites, tapioca flour and ice water in a blender. Process until smooth and becomes a soft dough. After that, transfer to a large container and add ground paprika, ground pepper, mushroom stock, granulated sugar, salt, soy sauce and sesame oil. Stir until all the spices are mixed evenly.

Prepare an aluminum baking pan and rub oil on the surface so the dough doesn’t stick. Pour the mixture into the baking dish, then steam until cooked. Once cooked, remove from the tin and let cool for a moment before cutting into pieces. To add flavor, fry or grill the luncheon chicken pieces in a little oil until browned.

Ade’s chicken luncheon has a soft texture with a perfect savory taste. He described it as “salty, savory, and really delicious when eaten warm.”
