Easy and Delicious Homemade Lasagna Recipe for Beginners

Homemade lasagna recipe

Lasagna Pasta Ingredients:

  • 200 grams lasagna pasta (use one that doesn’t need to be boiled first)

Meat Sauce:

  • 250 grams of minced beef
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 300 grams of tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Cheese:

  • 200 grams mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 100 grams parmesan cheese, grated

Other Ingredients:

  • 250 ml liquid milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp wheat flour

How to make homemade lasagna

  1. Heat a frying pan, then saute the onion and garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add the minced meat, cook until it changes color, then add the tomato sauce, tomato paste, oregano, salt and pepper. Cook until the sauce is thick and even.
  3. Melt the butter in a frying pan, then add the flour and stir until it clumps. Add liquid milk little by little while continuing to stir until the white sauce becomes thick and smooth.
  4. Prepare a baking sheet that has been greased with butter. Arrange one layer of lasagna pasta, then add meat sauce, white sauce and mozzarella cheese on top.
  5. Repeat this step until all the ingredients are used up, and finish by sprinkling parmesan cheese on top.
  6. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Bake the lasagna for 30-35 minutes until the cheese on the surface is melted and golden.
  7. Let the lasagna cool for 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
