KOMPAS.com – As the name suggests, coconut milk coffee is a combination of coffee and coconut milk. It tastes savory and sweet at the same time thanks to brown sugar with a warm sensation from ginger.
You can use instant coffee for this recipe. Also add enough salt to balance the taste.

Material:
- 2 tbsp instant coffee
- 4 tbsp brown sugar
- 400 ml coconut milk from 1/4 coconut
- 1 knuckle of ginger
- Salt to taste
- Put instant coffee and sugar in a cup or glass. Set aside.
- Cook coconut milk, ginger and salt in a pan until it boils while stirring. Pour this mixture into a cup or glass filled with instant coffee and sugar. Stir well.
- Pour the coconut milk coffee mixture into a glass or serving cup while straining. Serve.
