On the market there are diet soda or diet juice products that promise to contain less sugar. There are even diet sodas that dare to claim to contain 0 calories so they won’t interfere with your diet efforts.
However, this sweet promise is not as beautiful as the facts. Because 0 calories comes from using artificial sweeteners, which according to research, consumption actually makes the body hungry and craves more sugar. Avoid diet sodas that contain sucralose, prefer those sweetened with stevia.
2. Low fat yogurt
Low-fat yogurt has many fans because it tastes delicious and is considered to help diet efforts. However, you need to know how to make low-fat yogurt, namely by removing most of the natural fat content in regular yogurt so that it has fewer calories.
Unfortunately, many manufacturers then add sugar to low-fat yogurt to compensate for the loss of taste due to the fat reduction. Because fat is a nutrient that makes food taste delicious.
Even though the amount of added sugar is small, it still slows down weight loss. As a solution, you can choose plain yogurt and then add natural sweeteners such as honey and pieces of fruit.
3. Vegetable chips

When they want to snack, dieters often choose vegetable chips which are considered healthier than potato chips. It’s true that vegetable chips have the advantage of being lower in calories, but this is what often doesn’t satisfy hunger.
As a result, dieters seek satisfaction from other foods which causes calorie intake to increase even more. It is recommended to choose healthy chip products that contain at least 1 gram of fiber per serving so that you can feel full and satisfied after eating them.
