3. Soto Ayam Ambengan Pak Sadi, Surabaya

As the name suggests, this soto shop is located on Jalan Ambengan, Surabaya, East Java. The stall has been established since 1971.

Not only in Surabaya, Pak Sadi’s Soto Ayam Ambengan stall is also present in various areas, including Jakarta.

Soto prepared by the late Mr. Sadi comes with shredded chicken doused in refreshing yellow sauce.

4. Asinan Betawi H. Mansyur, Jakarta

The Betawi pickles created by H. Mansyur have a distinctive thick taste, use yellow noodles and crackers which add to the appetite. These condiments are served with sour, spicy and refreshing pickle sauce.
