Reporting from Kormedi (1/7), Korean actress, Jin Seo Yeon revealed her favorite juice concoction on a KBS 2TV program ‘New Item Release, Convenience Restaurant’. His favorite juice concoction is claimed to help reduce facial swelling.
The juice concoction consists of three ingredients, namely tomatoes, coconut water and honey. Jin Seo Yeon also revealed the benefits she got from consuming the juice.
“These ingredients, tomatoes and coconut water can eliminate excess salt from my body. I usually bring this juice when filming because it can significantly reduce swelling in the face in the morning,” said Jin Seo Yeon.
Jin Seo Yeon revealed that she regularly consumes the coconut tomato juice concoction every morning. “This is the best drink to reduce swelling in the morning,” he explained.
The concoction consists of 1 tomato, 250 bottled coconut water, and 1 spoonful of honey. All ingredients are pureed using a blender, then served in a glass.
