Recipe for Lemongrass Ginger Wedang, a warm drink that is rich in benefits

Material

  • 15 cm ginger, clean
  • 5 stalks of lemongrass, cleaned
  • 500 ml water
  • 2.5 spoons of granulated sugar
  1. Grate the cleaned ginger until smooth.
  2. Crush the lemongrass stalks to release their distinctive aroma.
  3. Boil ginger and lemongrass in water mixed with granulated sugar.
  4. Let it boil until the aroma of ginger and lemongrass comes out, then remove from heat.
  5. Strain the lemongrass ginger drink to separate the dregs.
  6. Serve the lemongrass ginger drink warm for the best sensation.
