Material:
- 150 ml meat stock or water
- 5 tomatoes (cut into small dice)
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 4 tbsp onions (chopped)
- 3 cloves garlic (chopped)
- 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 1 tsp cooking vinegar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp ground pepper
- 1 tsp fine salt
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil or olive oil
How to make sauce barbecue
- Pour oil into a frying pan to heat, then fry the onions and garlic until aromatic.
- Add broth, sweet soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, tomatoes, granulated sugar, cooking vinegar, lemon juice, pepper and salt. Cook using medium heat until the sauce thickens. Remove, serve with side dishes.
