To make it even more delicious, crispy fried squid can be enjoyed with dipping pickle sauce. The ingredients used to mix the event sauce include cucumber, onions and mayonnaise.

Crispy fried squid ingredients
- 500 grams of squid (clean and remove the ink)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 egg whites
Seasoned flour (mix well):
- 100 grams of rice flour
- 1 teaspoon starch
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
Sauce ingredients (mix well):
- 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 25 grams onion (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 75 grams cucumber (remove seeds and cut into cubes)

1. Cut the squid into rings then coat the squid with salt and baking soda. After that, let the squid rest for 30 minutes.
2. Coat the squid with seasoned flour, then continue dipping the squid in the egg white. Roll the squid again in the seasoned flour, then fry the squid in hot oil over medium heat.
