Ingredients for sour fish soup:
- 500 grams grouper (cut into 5 pieces)
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 liter of clean water
Spice:
- 2 tablespoons chopped shallots
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh ginger
- 2 lime leaves
- 2 spring onions (cut into 3 centimeters)
- 1 tablespoon salt
