Salted egg fried shrimp ingredients:

  • 300 grams of shrimp (cleaned)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cloves garlic (crushed)

  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 3/4 tsp ground pepper
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil (for frying)
