Recipe for Kwetiau Peker with Spicy Soup, Makes You Sweat

Recipe for spicy claw claws

Material

  • 1 liter of water
  • 250 grams of wet rice noodles, pour hot water until half soft, remove from heat, drain
  • 6 pairs of chicken feet, each cut into 2, coat with salt and ground pepper to taste
  • 2 squid, remove the ink, cut into pieces
  • 100 grams of shrimp, fried
  • Caisim or other green vegetables
  • 1 egg

Spice

  • 4 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 6 curly red chilies, puree
  • 6 red cayenne peppers
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp ground pepper

How to make claws with spicy sauce

  1. Saute the squid with a little cooking oil and sprinkle with a little salt and ground pepper. Cook until cooked, remove from heat and set aside.
  2. Saute the garlic and fine red chilies in a little cooking oil until fragrant.
  3. Add water to the stir-fry spices. Add soy sauce, fish sauce, sesame oil, salt and pepper.
  4. Add whole red cayenne pepper and let it boil until the aroma is absorbed.
  5. Add the brewed rice noodles, then add the roughly beaten egg. Bring to a boil again until evenly mixed.
  6. Add seasoned chicken feet, squid and fried shrimp to the sauce. Add caisim, cook until all ingredients are cooked.
  7. Remove and serve these spicy claw feet while warm. This dish is delicious eaten with rice or straight from the bowl as a main dish.
