- 1 male chicken (cut into 4 parts)
- 1 stalk lemongrass (crushed)
- 500 milliliters coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- Salt to taste
- 4 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons margarine
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
Ground spices:
- 2 red chilies
- 7 cayenne peppers
- 7 red onions
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 tablespoon roasted coriander
- 1 centimeter ginger
- 1 centimeter turmeric
- 3 candlenuts (roasted)
- 3 lime leaves
- 2 centimeters galangal

How to make spicy soy sauce grilled chicken:
1. Heat the oil then saute the ground spices with the lemongrass until fragrant, then add the chicken pieces and cook, stirring frequently, until the spices are evenly distributed.
2. Pour in the coconut milk, sugar and salt, then cook over low heat while stirring until the coconut milk reduces. After that, lift and set aside.
