KOMPAS.com – If you’re bored with the same old omelettes, you can add ready-made corned beef to make it even more delicious.
Corned beef omelet is cooked with corned beef, chicken eggs, chili sauce, garlic, sweet soy sauce, salt and pepper.
Corned beef omelettes can be used as breakfast for children, add simple stir-fried vegetables as a complement.

- 1 can of corned beef
- 2 chicken eggs
- 1/2 tbsp chili sauce
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper

1. Heat one tablespoon of cooking oil with Teflon.
2. Beat the eggs. Make an omelette. Set aside.
3. Heat two tablespoons of cooking oil.
4. Saute the garlic, add the corned beef.
5. Add chili sauce, soy sauce, salt and pepper.
6. Cook over low heat for a while.
7. Store the omelet in a shallow dish.
8. Add the corned beef on top of the egg omelette.
