Pho recipe for beginners
Material:
- 2 large onions, peeled and quartered
- 1 piece of ginger (10 cm), peeled and sliced lengthwise
- 2 cinnamon sticks (7 cm)
- 2 star anise
- 3 cloves
- 2 tsp coriander seeds
- 6 cups low sodium beef broth
- 1 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
