1. Pregnant women

Pregnant women are at the top of the list of groups who should not drink coffee. The reason is to reduce the risk of miscarriage, premature birth and low birth weight.

But if you still want to consume coffee, you should discuss it with your obstetrician first.

Caffeine is classified as a stimulant and diuretic. Therefore, breastfeeding mothers are advised not to drink coffee because it can trigger dehydration.

3. People with sleep disorders

Consuming caffeine even six hours before bed has the potential to disrupt sleep patterns. This was revealed in a study in the Journal of Clinical Sleep Medicine.

The findings were based on consuming around 400 mg of caffeine, which is equivalent to four cups of coffee.
