Material:
- 6 tablespoons oil for frying
- 3 eggs (beaten well)
- 150 gr cabbage (sliced)
- 200 gr chicken breast meat (boiled, shredded)
- 10 beef meatballs (cut into pieces)
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground pepper
- 1.7 liters of chicken stock
- 300 gr egg noodles (boiled until half cooked)
- 1 spring onion (sliced obliquely)
Ground spice ingredients:
- 12 red onions
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 4 candlenuts (roasted)
- 1 tbsp roasted ebi
Complementary materials
- Fried onions
- Celery leaves
How to make godog noodles
1. Heat oil, saute ground spices until fragrant. Set aside on the edge of the pan. Add eggs. Stir until it clumps.
2. Add cabbage, stir until half wilted. Add shredded chicken and meatballs, stir well. Add salt and pepper, stir well.
3. Pour in the chicken stock. Cook until it boils. Add noodles and spring onions, stir well. Lift. Serve hot with accompaniments.
