How to make a typical Makassar saraba
- Peel and wash the red ginger until clean, then bruise it to release the aroma and taste.
- Prepare a pan, boil ginger with palm sugar and cinnamon in water.
- Stir until the palm sugar dissolves completely and the spice aroma comes out.
- After boiling for a while, turn off the heat and add sweetened condensed milk.
