KOMPAS.com – The weather towards the end of the year can be unpredictable, sometimes even heavy rain can fall in the afternoon. At times like this, eating warm dishes like soup is an option.
If you don’t have much time or just want to eat soup with flavor simple, make soup tofu this ginger.
Based on the book “Soup Recipe as Delicious as a Japanese Restaurant” by Dapur 2 Iboe (2012) published by PT Gramedia Pustaka Utama, this recipe uses tofu which comes from China. However, if you don’t have any, you can use soft-textured tofu.

Material:
- 250 gr tofu or tofu (diced)
- 2 tsp ginger (crushed, finely chopped)
- 950 ml vegetable stock
- 3 tbsp sliced spring onions
- 1 tsp olive oil
How to make ginger tofu soup
- Pour olive oil into a frying pan, fry ginger and spring onions. Insert tofucook again for about three minutes.
- Pour in the vegetable stock, heat for about five minutes. Lift, serve.
